Will You Please Get Out Of My Way?

I realize I just posted a rant, but today I encountered something else that drives me insane, so here's another one!
Today I went to Joann's Fabric store because I needed some fabric for a project. So I'm walking around, taking in the cotton madness when I turn into an isle with a lady standing in it. DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE. I subtly and nicely gave her a look that said "Excuse me, I plan to walk where you are standing." and she just stands there like I don't exist. I take a step closer, look at her, look past her...still nothing.

So, because I'm a nice person, I just circle the store again. She finally moved and I got the fabric I needed. Then I meandered over to another isle. This one is a really big isle that can easily fit three people across. You know what was in the isle?? THE SAME WOMAN. Standing directly in the middle with her cart angled, taking forever to look at fabric. So I stand slightly in front and a bit to the side of her. You guessed it, she still didn't move! So this time I just squished in front of her. And I, purposely, took far longer than necessary to do so, and yes, I did see her obnoxiously staring around me like I'm in her way.

I finally got out of the store with everything I needed and a thoroughly annoyed attitude. Why is it so difficult to move to the side?? If you are not looking at anything, are standing directly in front of something, and I am quite obviously trying to look at that thing, then please, for Pete's sake, MOVE ASIDE!

Now let's talk about slow walkers. They are literally the worst and we are enemies.

I am a very efficient shopper and if I'm not being quick I'm staying out of the way. I can't even with the people who walk like two miles an hour right in front of me! If you are going to walk in slow motion, that is your choice, but make a flipping passing lane so the normal pace walkers can pass your slow behind!

It's not like I'm asking you to run or anything, you don't even have to break a sweat, just walk faster than a sloth. And don't give me glares when I eventually walk past you because I wouldn't have to do so if you were actually moving!
All I'm trying to say here is that we should all just agree to move along at a steady pace or simply scoot over a little when we shop for our fabrics...or anything else we may visit the store for. Just walk people, just walk.
