Okie dokie folks, time to let you in on something that is fairly dull, but I enjoy more than you would think: groceries! I have a strange obsession with grocery shopping. I love how organized and purposeful it is and I find it incredibly relaxing! Soooo, today I'm going to give you a list of things that I like to keep in the cupboards and refrigerator at all times! Most things I get at Winco or Trader Joe's and occasionally Target. This may be a longer list than I had anticipated haha!

*This is a super old picture of my kitchen...like from Christmas 2015 haha*

1. Pacific Creamy Tomato Soup- This stuff is my favorite soup and so incredibly easy. I always have a couple boxes on hand and it's perfect for grilled cheese sandwich pairing!

2. Bulk rice- I lovvve rice. I could probably eat rice everyday, multiple times a day! I usually keep white rice and brown rice on hand, but lately I've been very into trying different kinds of rice; pearl rice, sushi rice, etc. etc. Rice is great alone, with chicken, with egg, with everything!

3. Oroweat Oat Nut Bread- This bread is my all time favorite! It makes terrific toast and yummy sandwiches. My favorite meal to make with this consists of toasting the bread, spreading on some Laughing Cow cheese, some mashed avocado, some prosciutto, and a sunny side up egg...YUM.

4. Pasta- all kinds of pasta please! Spaghetti and shells are my top contenders though!

5. Olive oil- this is just necessary for everything! I keep vegetable oil on hand for baking, but it's not quite as important as the olive oil!

6. Flour- This is a must! I bake at least once a week and without flour I would be lost! I like to keep two kinds of flour on hand: unbleached white flour and cake flour. I'd like to expand my flour needs to bread flour as well!

7. Sugar- white and dark brown sugar are always in my house

8. All the essentials- baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, etc, etc!

9. Cocoa powder- I like the one from Trader Joe's because the box is cute!

10. Chicken- I love meat, but it can get pricey! The easiest way to incorporate meat into my meals is a lot of chicken! I buy usually two big bags of boneless, skinless chicken breasts or boneless, skinless tenders and then I separate them into sandwich bags with four-six pieces for each meal. I keep them in the freezer and it's so simple!

11. Pork Gyoza Potstickers from Trader Joe's- These are one of my go to easy-peazy freezer meals. I like to keep a couple bags in the freezer for when I'm in a rush or just lazy! I'll pair a few with some rice and some broccoli and mushrooms, so good!

12. Trader Joe's orange chicken- This is another go to lazy meal! Stick em in the oven and put it over rice, good to go!

13. Ice cream- Duh. Any kind, I'm not picky!

14. Soy Sauce- To go with the rice!

15. Butter- I keep several boxes of salted and unsalted butter on hand, usually a box of each in the fridge and a few in the freezer. The salted I have for daily use and takes longer to get through, but the unsalted is necessary for baking and goes quick!

16. Eggs- Eggs are just so versatile! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, baking! I buy big boxes of them at a time, there's nothing worst than finding a yummy treat to bake and only having one of four eggs!

17. Veggies- I'm honestly really bad at eating vegetables, but I always have them on hand just for encouragement haha! I love to have broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms in the veg drawer!

18. Fruits- I usually have apples and bananas in the house. The bananas most often become bread though...whoops!

19. Tea!- I'm a huge black tea fan, but I keep a few different kinds in the cupboard! I love Tazo tea the most and I usually keep Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Calm Chamomile, and Mint tea on hand. I drink my herbal teas with some honey and my black teas with sugar and milk!

20. Coffee!- It's necessary. Always.

Okay, that's the whole shebang! It may have been a little long and a little boring, but it's something I enjoy! What do you keep on hand at all times?!

Until we meet again!
